The reflective welding tape products currently on the market have an embossed upper structure and a smooth lower layer. Although this type of welding tape can also improve the output power of the module, it has the following disadvantages:
(1) One side of the welding ribbon is embossed, and the other side is smooth. When welding with the back electrode of the battery, the embossed surface is in contact with it. Due to the embossed structure, the welding contact area is small, which affects the welding tension and thus affects the welding reliability;
(2) The processing technology of the welding tape coating is single. In order to ensure the welding, the thickness is too thick. At the same time, the adjustment space of the coating thickness is small. The power gain effect after application in the component packaging is limited, and the cost remains high.
(3) The embossed structure is usually a concave-convex structure or a straight line, which reduces the strength of the welding strip body.
